Every year I look forward to our annual Scott Family Halloween Bunko! Of course I love that it costs $5 to play and $1 for money bags but everyone manages to walk away with gifts ranging from $20 to $100! The company is hillarious and the food is great! So the only part that I find challenging each year is finding a good costume. This year we threw this little ensemble together one hour before the party started. My mom kept sweetly suggesting we do something simple and easy. But I knew that I needed to be a little creative with all the pressure to compete with the crazy costumes that would be there! My mom was such a good sport to wear the angel food cake pan and angel wings all night with no complaining. We had such a fun time! My mom won a prize! She took home a cute snow man dish! I didn't really win anything but somehow I left with a very cute home decoration! Sherrie we love you.....and your crazy traditions!

Sherrie and Butch taking a little puff! Butch looks like he got caught doing something wrong. Sherrie on the other hand looks like a pro at this! Sherrie???????

If you think Sam looks hot you should have seen her hubby! What a funny couple! Candi you have to feel good about fitting into high shool clothes! Go Lions!

Yes this is Aunt Anne!Of course with darker skin and hair! So great Anne!

This was Uncle Mike! He makes a good Joker!

This was the funniest costume duo!!!! Amanda and Jeff came as Butch and Sherrie! Before I realized Amanda was dressed up she walked over to me and said, "Okay Elizabeth have you decided what Dawson wants for Christmas?" I stood there confused at the question looking at her for a minute. Then I yelled, " OH MY GOSH! You are Sherrie!" "Yep and there is Butch!" She tells me pointing to Jeff! Soooooo funny! Amanda makes a good Sherrie! Right down to the smile!!!!

Adrienne and Mckennzie came as the Glamorous Vampire and the Stylish Witch!

Josh and Sean came as Marge Simpson and ummmm okay what was Sean?

The Scotts adopted Ricky and Candi into our crazy family years ago! It is always fun to hang out with them!

Sherrie is such a GREAT hostess! She made Halloween Spaghetti and eyeballs! I liked the witches kettle of ghostly root beer! I of course brought my traditional spider cookies. I actually ate more of the other desserts. I loved Candi's pumpkin cookies and dip. Someone also brought some devilishly good chocolate, Carmel ,whip cream with chocolate chunk thing!!!!

This year was the funnest year! To bad Aaron had to go off to China!
I hope you mom does not think that we have all gone crazy after that party!
I loved you and your mom's costumes this year. It was such a cute idea.
All my kids, crowding into my personal space, are really enjoying this post!
I must say that the Scott family (in the big extended sense) knows how to throw a fun, crazy party. Maybe if I practice at Bunko and improve my skills they will let me come back again.
xoxoxo
You and your mom look really cute!
