Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest!

This is the trophy that Mckennah decided she was going to make hers this year! Cecily won last years pumpkin carving contest. This October she proudly displayed her trophy in my dinning room hutch. Mckennah spent $9 of her own money on a pumpkin this year! She was sure it was a trophy winner and she was right! She and Oakland tied for 1st place this year at Sherrie's annual pumpkin carving contest. Mckennah has been sick since Sunday and it is now Wednesday!!!! She tried so hard to feel good enough to go to the party but decided at the last minute to send her pumpkin and hope for the best. She was happily surprised when we arrived home with her trophy! Mckennah's pumpkin is the one eating the little pumpkin. Notice the chewed up pumpkin next to it! Cecily's pumpkin is the black spider. Garrett's pumpkin is hard to see but it is Sponge Bob and a ghost on the back. Dawson helped Garrett. Cecily helped Blake. Blake's is the mummy pumpkin.

This was by far the cutest pumpkin!!!Sherrie adding up all the votes! She takes this very seriously!
