It is probably really hard for anyone to believe...(ha ha) but I am the BIG 40 today!Because this is kinda of a BIG birthday my girl friends planned a cabin get away to celebrate!I don't think they even know how much this meant to me! I am so thankful for friends!

Jana found me this great birthday hat! Jana is the best shopper! She knows how to find a deal! She helped all of us to spend...I mean save money!
Annette is the world's best party hostess! She is the life of the party! And her secret waffle recipe is the best I've ever had! Of course Heather's "low fat" syrup makes them to die for!
No one loves me like Jana! Jana made the cutest birthday scrap book EVER SEEN! Then she and Laura took all the pictures that I am now blogging to put into the scrap book! Yes they spoiled me rotten!!!
Of course what is a girls weekend without a "little" shopping!?We got lost in the mall and realized we had shopped right through dinner! It was so fun helping each other find all kinds of deals!
My favorite purchase of the day!Every girl needs a pair of good looking shoes to turn 40 in!
My inspiration to get these shoes of course came from my fashion plate friend Annette!She always has a pair of fabulous shoes to go with every outfit!
And it would not be a trip to the lake without a shake!We were laughing at the honks on the boulevard that we pretended were for us that night!
